Men’s Bio-identical Hormone Therapy Birmingham

At Complete Clinical Care in Edgbaston, Birmingham, we provide clinician-led men’s testosterone hormone treatment and bio-identical hormone therapy for men experiencing symptoms that may be linked to low testosterone or other hormonal changes. These can include low energy, reduced libido, changes in mood, reduced strength or muscle mass, poor concentration and changes in overall wellbeing. Every patient begins with a detailed consultation and, where clinically appropriate, hormone testing to understand the likely cause of their symptoms and determine whether treatment may be suitable, with ongoing monitoring and review throughout their care.

Who Is Bio-identical HRT For?

Men’s bio-identical hormone treatment may be suitable for men experiencing symptoms that could be linked to low testosterone or other hormonal changes, including persistent fatigue, reduced libido, changes in mood or motivation, difficulty concentrating, reduced strength or changes in muscle mass.

These symptoms can have a number of different causes, so treatment should always begin with a clinician-led assessment and, where appropriate, hormone testing to understand what may be contributing. If a hormonal imbalance is identified, your clinician can discuss whether bio-identical hormone treatment may be an appropriate option and create a personalised treatment and monitoring plan.

Consultations with BHRT prescription included - £150

What is Bioidentical hormone therapy?

Bioidentical hormone therapy aims to target thesymptoms you experience with low testosterone such as fatigue, loss of libido, weight gain, mood swings and brain fog.

Testosterone levels naturally begin to decline between the ages of 30 and 40, but this can also be impacted by your lifestyle, diet, stress levels and some underlying health conditions.

Bioidentical TRT works by replacing depleted testosterone with bioidentical testosterone – this is identical to the testosterone in your own body. There are several ways to administer TRT, including lozenges and topical creams.

Still have questions? Yasmeen is an expert in bioidentical hormone therapy and would love to discuss whether TRT is right for you.
